Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new clients into our practice. Availability may vary, and our team will match you with the provider best suited to your needs and schedule.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, our practice is in-network with Aetna. Please note that we are considered out-of-network with all other insurance providers.
Do you accept Medicare and/or Medicaid?
No, we are not in-network with either Medicare or Medicaid.
Can I use an HSA or FSA card?
No, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are not accepted for session payments at this time. But we can provide you with a superbill.
Do you offer telehealth?
What is your cancellation policy?
We know that life happens. We also recognize the importance of keeping regularly scheduled counseling appointments to support continued progress toward your goals. In light of both, we ask that you call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel. A full session fee will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Are you accepted as an out-of-network provider by my insurance?
If your insurance is not Aetna, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary depending on your plan, so it’s best to check with your insurance provider directly.
Do you offer cash pay options?
Yes, we offer private pay options for clients who prefer to pay out of pocket. Please contact us for current rates and payment details.
Yes! In addition to in-person sessions, we offer telehealth services including video and phone appointments, making it easy to access care from the comfort of your home.
